Where possible accepted orders will be despatched within 48 hours and delivered by 2nd class post or equivalent. Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free of charge and Express Delivery is available at an additional cost of £4.95. In this case the order will be despatched by 1st Class post or equivalent courier delivery. Delivery to addresses outside the UK may need to be calculated manually so please contact us for information.

Requests by a customer for cancellation of any order or for re-scheduling of deliveries will only be considered by the Company if made in writing, and shall be subject to the written acceptance of the Company. Once an order has been despatched the customer will be liable for delivery costs.

In the event that the customer cancels the contract the customer will return the goods to House of Crafts at the address stated below within fourteen days. The customer will be responsible for returned postage costs. When returning goods the customer should ensure that they are sent in a suitable packaging which is correctly addressed and bears adequate postage and that details of the customer and the invoice number are enclosed to enable the transaction to be easily identifiable by House of Crafts. In the event that the customer fails to return the goods in the above manner within a fourteen day period no refund will be given

In the event that the goods are received in a damaged or faulty condition the customer must notify the House of Crafts in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The damaged/faulty goods should be returned to the Company at the address below and we will replace the goods and refund the return postage.
